New Feature Added: Invoiced Sales Tracking

Written on July 24th, 2025 at 5:05 pm

We just pushed a new update to HourlyIQ based on your feedback. You now have the option to switch between two sales reporting styles:

Visit-based Sales
Invoiced Sales

Visit-based sales give you a clearer view of performance, especially when it comes to tracking productivity and planning. But if you prefer your numbers to line up exactly with invoiced amounts (like in your CRM or bookkeeping), you now have the choice.

The tool that saved us from scheduling nightmares

You can update your preference anytime at the top of the goals entry box. Keep in mind, this isn’t something you will want to toggle back and forth.

Monthly Goals

Thanks for helping us shape HourlyIQ into the tool that brings you more clarity and allows you to operate your business better.

After 15 years running a home service business, I know how frustrating it is to fly blind with messy or missing numbers.

CRMs are great at collecting data—but terrible at helping you make sense of it.

That’s exactly why I built HourlyIQ.
